A savvy investor is one who can recognize a profit-making opportunity and takes advantage of it.
For example, Gamestop's run a few months ago was fueled by Reddit boards that caused a short-squeeze. Savvy investors capitalized on this while non-savvy sat on the sidelines thinking "what if"
Savvy are those who can control their emotions to seek out opportunities that can make them a profit. As we have seen with Dogecoin, those opportunities (if sought out early) can be huge.
The momentum of SafeMoon can take it much higher, whether one chooses to be a part of that or not is really risk/reward and what you're comfortable with.
